Team Leader responsible for setting academic team agendas, leading team planning meetings, overseeing team fundraisers and field trips to Schlitterbahn and Main Event. Assisted with sixth grade math curriculum planning with grade level department by implementing the use of “data binders” to increase data led instruction and increase efficiency of after-school tutorials. Also implemented the “Talk, Read, Talk, Write” strategies to better reach students at all learning styles and comprehension levels.

 Team Leader responsible for overseeing grade level planning meetings and grade level field trips to Bluebell and Texas A&M. Planned TEKS aligned lessons that were taught using whole group, small group, and one-on-one teaching techniques as well using different learning styles to meet the needs of all students.
